For over 45 years Worlifts have supported all industrial sectors with the provision of an onsite service.
Our vast engineering experience has allowed us to develop a truly customer focused on site testing, on site inspection, on site examination, on site calibration and minor on-site repair service which is second to none.
Our own purpose designed unique fleet of fully equipped specialist hydraulic jack and cylinder testing vehicles and lifting equipment preventative maintenance trailer units which are driven by WORLIFTS fully trained specialist engineers allows us to deliver a truly national service all year round.
For more than 45 years Worlifts have been supplying lifting and handling equipment to clients in the widest possible range of sectors. From mechanical and automotive engineering, through civil and aerospace sectors and on to commissioning engineering and plant engineering, we pride ourselves on being able to meet the demanding standards of companies who are leading names in their own fields. Over more than four decades we’ve established an unrivalled understanding of the varied sectors our clients work in and the wider equipment market itself, and we use that understanding to deliver a genuinely comprehensive service.
Because we understand the needs of our clients so well we realise that our job isn’t done when a purchase has been made. That’s why we provide a comprehensive and on-going round the clock support and a market leading on-site examination, testing and certification service. We know how important it is for our clients to ensure the safety of all of their equipment and the staff working with that equipment, at the same time as meeting statutory standards such as LOLER - The Lifting Operations Lifting Equipment Regulations 1998 SI 1998/2307 and PUWER - Provision and Use of Work Equipment Regulations 1998 SI 1998/2306. We also know enough about the world of business to realise that testing and examination of equipment needs to take place with as little disruption as possible, minimising downtime and the costs associated with it. That’s why our experts and the state of the art equipment they use travel to the client, rather than the other way round.
Our fleet of dedicated on-site testing vehicles can travel to any of our clients across the UK, packed with an array of calibration and test equipment operated by highly trained and hugely experienced members of our team. We can work quickly on site without cutting corners and get the testing that needs to be done completed with the minimum of disruption and the maximum effectiveness. We work in close partnership with all of our clients, which means that we provide an on-line portal for access to all equipment reports. Combined with our inventory management system, this portal ensures that every client can instantly find the testing, certification and safety status of their equipment in real time. We make it easier for our client to meet their health and safety obligations, run their business effectively and maximise the return on the investment they make in equipment. The on-site testing services we offer include the following:
