Location: Bromsgrove, Worcestershire

Salary: £ 45,000 - £ 50,000 (depending on experience) + Company Car + Bonus + Other Benefits

Position: Permanent/Full Time

Are you a sales manager with a lifting equipment background and have ambitions to take on more responsibility and a desire to progress through to managing an entire sales division?

Worlifts Limited, is an established lifting equipment company in Bromsgrove, Worcestershire, now in its 45th year of business, and is seeking to employ an experienced Sales and Technical Manager to help further develop its sales division.

Worlifts are the largest distributor in the UK of Enerpac Hydraulic Tools and established distributors of many other leading lifting equipment brands.

The successful Candidate will be based at our headquarters in Bromsgrove.

An attractive remuneration package is on offer, depending on experience, for a suitably capable and ambitious individual who is looking to progress in an expanding company.

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities

  •  Offer technical support to the Sales and Hire Team
  • Develop new and existing business.
  • Develop relationships with key customers and decision-makers.
  • Visit potential or existing customers if required to offer technical and application advice.
  • Manage key customer accounts.
  • Develop relationships with key suppliers.
  • Set quarterly targets and submit to management for approval.
  • Assist with marketing activities to promote the awareness of the product range and ensure that all literature meets current legislative requirements.
  • Organise sales and marketing meetings.
  • Submit sales reports to management as and when required

 Qualifications & Experience

  •  LEEA Accreditations preferred.
  • At least 5 years’ experience in a sales role and in a related industry
  • Technical sales experience across a range of hydraulic and mechanical lifting is essential.
  • Results driven and able to demonstrate success in achieving and exceeding targets.
  • Demonstrable experience in developing and growing new business
  • Driving sales opportunities with the sales and hire team.
  • Good presentation skills
  • Competency to represent the company in written and verbal format
  • Ability to manage business relationships at all levels.
  • Customer interfacing experience is essential.
