Worlifts Returns & Refunds Policy

At Worlifts, we are committed to providing our customers with the best possible products. However, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you have the option to return it within 30 days of receiving the product for a full refund or exchange.

 

Return Process

To arrange a return, please send an email to sales@worlifts.co.uk with a reason for the return and include your order confirmation number, full name and contact number.

A member of our team will respond to assist you with the returns process.

Please note that you will be responsible for all return shipping charges unless the item is faulty. We strongly recommend that you use a tracked and insured service when returning items to us.

 

Handling Charges

Please be aware that handling charges may be applicable for returns. Our team member will provide further information on this during the returns process.

 

Refunds / Exchanges

After receiving your returned item(s) and inspecting the condition, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) working days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

Exceptions

For defective or damaged products, please contact us via the contact details below to arrange a refund or exchange. We may require additional descriptions and imagery to process your query.
