Choose the LW16 Vertical Lifting Wedge when you need to safely lift and lower heavy loads up to 16 tons with stable, controlled motion and no slippage. It requires a minimum insertion gap of 0.39" (10 mm) and can expand up to 2.02" (51.5 mm). A single-acting spring return cylinder provides reliable retraction force, while the unit operates at a maximum pressure of 10,000 psi (700 bar).
The compact FSH14 Flange spreader is designed for the tightest spaces, fitting into clearance gaps as small as 0.24" (6 mm). Its friction-free, parallel wedge movement prevents flange damage and spreading arm failure. With an integrated cylinder, it delivers up to 14 tons of hydraulic force (118 kN), making flange separation smooth, safe, and efficient.
