Description
Unlike a standard eye bolt, the RUD Starpoint rotates 360° adjusting to the direction of pull and is designed to accept the rated working load limit (WLL) up to 90° from the thread resulting in a 4:1 safety factor available in any direction.
Supplied with an annealed star-profile key as standard for simple installation and removal.
It has a several times higher WLL than the DID580 eye bolt.
• Lifting Points pivots 360°. Easy adjustment in load direction.
• ICE-Bolt made out of patented steel. Non hazardous deep tempature usage down to -60°C higher toughness and therefore higher bending strength as well as less wear occurance.
• Not exchangeable ICE-Bolt (this reduces usage of improper standard bolts).
• Clear marking of minimum WLL for all loading directions. Higher WLL posible when location and installation is optimised (compare WLL chart / product ibnformation).
• Clear marking at the bolt head: RUD thrad size, batch-no ICE.
• Variable bolt Lengths for tapped or through holes.
• Available as: – Standard Metric Thread (din en 13) – Metric Fine Thread (DIN EN 13) – Coarse Pitch Thread UNC (ANSI B1.1) – Fine Thread 8UN (ANSI B1.1 – Inch Pipe Thread (DIN 228)

• Complying with US -Standard (ASME B30.26). Quick & easy installation with just one bolt connection.
• Installation and disassembly without any further tools then the exchangeable Easy-Fit star profile key for singular lifts.
• For permanent installation and recurrend lifts we can offer a special socket wrench to apply to the requested torque (fits to a common Inch torque wrench).
