Worlifts manual onsite torque wrench calibration service hits the road.
We have successfully installed a manual torque wrench calibration bench into our existing bolting van, this additional service increases our already extensive calibration facilities that can be carried out at customers premises. No more need for you wrenches to leave your site or project site.
We have developed purpose built mobile workshops for thorough examination, on site testing and preventative maintenance of various types of manual lifting equipment and powered lifting equipment.
The mobile workshops are fitted out with variable hydraulic lifting equipment test machines capable of testing equipment up to 10 tonne. Please contact us for more detail on this service, all engineers are fully trained in lifting equipment inspection and LEEA relevant courses.
The standard Enerpac workshop press would not quite carry out all the pressing applications that our customer required? What did we do?
Worlifts engineer attended our customers premises and followed the process through looking at all the pressing sequences and decided that with a small amount of modification the whole job could be carried out with a modified VLP 100 series Enerpac workshop press. The modifications included new traversing cylinder top plate allowing the movement of the pressing cylinder along the full width of the press and a manual hand winch customised and bolted to the framework allowing easy movement and positioning of the press bed height. All this work was designed and carried out at Worlifts premises and the unit was delivered within 4 weeks from order placement.
Utilising a standard quality product like Enerpac also allowed us stay well within the customer's budget.
