:: ON-SITE HYDRAULIC & PNEUMATIC INSPECTION & TESTING
Launched in 2002, Worlifts' on-site testing and inspection service was designed for customers requiring their hydraulic and pneumatic tools, thoroughly examined and certified in accordance with current safety regulations.

Our dedicated on-site inspection vehicles travel to our customers across the UK offering a cost effective time saving alternative to having hydraulic and pneumatic tools removed from site to be inspected.

Our onsite testing & examination vehicle includes:
• Experienced test engineer
• Up to 150 tonne dynamic cylinder and jack testing rig
• On-site consultation as to the safe usage of lifting tools and equipment
• Minor on-site repairs undertaken

Thorough examinations are carried out in accordance with:
• LOLER – The Lifting Operations Lifting Equipment Regulations 1998
  SI 1998/2307 (LOLER).
• PUWER – Provision and Use of Work Equipment Regulations 1998
  SI 1998/2306 (PUWER).

All completed examinations are accompanied by the relevant documentation, traceable to national standards. All parts and labour are covered by our warranty.

:: IN HOUSE REPAIR FACILITY
Worlifts can provide contracted customers a free quotation to repair equipment that fails our on-site examination and testing.

:: HAND ARM VIBRATION TESTING (HAV)
Our onsite dedicated test engineers test and monitor the vibration of industrial tools, making records of their findings and relaying them back to appropriate health and safety personnel.

:: FREE SAFETY SEMINARS
We also offer FREE on-site safety seminars in conjunction with Enerpac UK for the safe and correct use of hydraulic tools and equipment.
