For over 30 years Worlifts have been the UK’s
leading distributor & stockists of the Tangye range
of lightweight jacks & pumps.
The history of Worlifts association with Tangye stretches
back to the late 1930’s when Samuel Worley, the
founder of Worlifts, joined Tangye as an apprentice
and stayed with the company for 27 years.
In the late 1970’s, Worlifts were appointed distributors
for Tangye and the relationship has grown stronger and
stronger through the years and Worlifts are now one
of Tangye's largest authorised distributors and authorised
repair agents.
Tangye is renowned throughout the world for engineering
expertise and quality. Tangye jacks are well known for
quality, strength and durability.
For every lifting & jacking application, there is
a Tangye jack, whether it be the hydramite, hydralite
or hydraclaw.

The Hydramite range of
jacks are the first three jacks shown in the above table
and have lifting capacities of 6.5 tonnes, 10 tonnes
& 15 tonnes.
All other jacks shown in the above table are the hydralite
range of jacks.
Load sustaining
Jack modles incorporating a screwed ram with security
collar (threaded ram and load retaining ring), should
be used when loads are to be sustained for a significant
amount of time. No need to rely on hydraulic fluid pressure.
