The ‘SAMSON’ range of engineered products from WOR-Lifts are designed and manufactured to meet and exceed all current LOLER & PUWER lifting equipment regulations. Our services include supply, installation, examination, testing & commissioning. The design and manufacture of fabricated bespoke lifting equipment still plays a key role in aiding lifting operations throughout the world.
Site surveys and project visits are equally as important in most cases, WOR-Lifts are available to visit your site assess the lifting operation and offer you a innovative cost effective solution. Our in- house design team are capable of producing the relevant supporting technical drawings and documentation for all items of bespoke manufactured lifting equipment and accessories. WOR-Lifts can also if requested manufacture to customers drawings, carry out proof load testing of installed equipment and modernise and or refurbish existing fabrications.
Standard items from the range generally available in 14 working days are lifting beams, spreader beams, modular beams, A frame gantry’s, post mounted swing jibs and column mounted swing jibs.
Engineered Products
The ‘SAMSON’ range of dynamic lifting equipment testing rigs, lifting gear test machines are a new addition to the WOR-Lifts range of products. The new dynamic lifting equipment test machines were introduced to meet new industry legislation for the dynamic testing of lifting equipment and were engineered by lifting equipment engineers for lifting equipment engineers.
Being lifting equipment engineers ourselves we were also working with a 'nodding donkey' type test machine which although did the job it took up a hugh amount of workshop space and potentially required additional test weight.
Our idea was based on a 'Zero Space' rig which could easily be fitted to most types of both new and old premises and would immeadiatly save important workshop space, the rigs also incorporate high pressure hydraulic technologhy and modern load measuring equipment.
The standard test rigs are available in:
- 10 tonne, Model : SAM-10-TDR
- 25 tonne, Model : SAM-25-TDR
All test rigs are supplied with the appropriate certification, calibration certificate & familiarisation training.
