Enerpac's hydraulic bolting tools range compliments the standard range of Enerpac products, allowing the client a 'single source supplier' for all your enerpac hydraulic tools no matter what the application.  The bolting tools product range caters for the complete bolting work flow, ensuring joint integrity in a variety of applications throughout all sectors of industry.  Controlled bolt tightening and tensioning can be any application from simple 'pipe alignment' to 'complex joint positioning of large structural assemblies' our comprehensive line of joint assembly and alignment products range from hydraulic and mechanical alignment tools to PLC controlled multi-point positioning systems.

Controlled Tightening   
Enerpac offers a variety of controlled tightening options to best meet the requirements of your application.  From an enerpac mechanical torque multiplier to an enerpac hydraulically driven square drive torque wrenches, and from enerpac low profile torque wrenches to inter-connectable bolt tensioning tools, we offer the products you need for accurate and simultaneous tightening of multiple bolts.

Joint Separation

Enerpac Repair & Service Workshops
WOR-Lifts are proud to be an authorised Enerpac repair service centre, this bolt on service from WOR-Lifts ensures you that we can offer the full service package, Enerpac hydraulic equipment repair is what we specialise in from a singular high pressure hydraulic repair to a planned plant shutdown overhaul which could incorporate the whole range of Enerpac products, we have the experience and capacity to meet your demands.  The majority of standard hard parts are stocked for emergency repairs, the stocking of standard spares also allows us to 'turn round' tools quickly reducing the need for costly covering equipment hire charges and or tool replacement.  Our first class repairs are all returned to the customer with appropriate covering repair warranty.

Testing & Certification
As lifting equipment engineers we fully understand the need for certification and traceability on all products which are repaired and returned into the working environment.  At all times if possible the items repaired will subjects to tests by utilising 'dynamic testing machines' ensuring the quality of our repair and also the internal condition of your equipment is 100% verified.  To complete the document trail we will ensure the equipment is identified with a unique plant or ID number, and the SWL/SWP is clearly marked, in most cases a tamper proof sticker will be affixed clearly stating the date of next examination and also the final document raised will be a 'report of thorough examination'.
